About the Newsletter

Once a month we send out our email newsletter to all of our subscribers.  Each newsletter includes a testimonial from one of our members about their fitness success, an informational article that will help you achieve your goals, a list of current and upcoming events and classes at the gym, links to a few must-read fitness articles from around the web, and details on any discounts or specials that we will be running. 

To join our mailing list all you have to do is fill out your email address and name below, and click the subscribe button.  You will always have an option to unsubscribe and be removed from our mailing list at any time you wish.
